Sounding Board
Decision Making- act as third party to help decision making process with anything from interior design choices, holiday destinations, personal routine and health, shortlisting applications for staff and advice wording key letters and emails. Anything that needs a final decision and discussion to achieve that.
Confidence Boost- working together to achieve goals and action the to do list gradually builds confidence and self esteem.
Self
Goals and Direction- help identifying main goals for the short and long-term. Regular check-ins to monitor progress with these goals and redefining key areas to action.
Time Management- monitor how your time is distributed to ensure home and work balance. Create new ways to manage your time to allow personal space as well.
Household
Running of house- oversea smooth running of the house from everyday family and household organisation to staff management and recruitment, renewal of contracts, garden maintenance, interior design decisions, liaison with suppliers and negotiation on price.

House Moves/New Property Setup- liaison with builders, decorators, setting up or transitioning new utilities, alarms, parking permits, change of addresses etc.

Interiors- sorting photographs, organising framing of artwork, maintaining rota for cleaning of soft furnishings.
​
Cataloguing- and photographing of artwork, jewellery for insurance purposes.
​
Wardrobe- sorting wardrobe to update, remove unwanted pieces, select items for repair or alteration and list items to buy. Swap Summer/Winter wardrobe over. Contacting agencies or online sites to sell high-end labels.

Decluttering- household items for sale at auction or for charity.
Paperwork
Account details- collate and manage for utilities, insurance policies, household systems etc. Keep up to date, renew policies and negotiate prices, conditions. Liaising with brokers.

Finances- spreadsheeting all costs for maintenance and running of house/s, cars, holidays, future spend etc. Bacs payments, bank transfers, withdrawing cash for staff.
Tax- collating end of year tax spend for handover to accountant.

Passwords and log-ins- recorded and constantly updated in central location ie. Dropbox, or other preferred system.
​
Key Documents- updating and recoroing essential documents i.e. Passports, Driving Licence, NI numbers, Tax references, Birth and Marriage Certificates, Wills-keeping all copies on DropBox or preferred database.

Organisation- of files online and off; opening of post, and actioning where necessary, payment of invoices, continued maintenance of filing system.

Healthcare- submitting claims, keeping a record of any ongoing medical conditions for personal reference.
PC
General PC- maintenance, organisation of files, photos.
Emails- reducing inbox, archiving groups of redundant emails, actioning historic, unanswered messages, maintaining reduced inbox.

Folders- organising folders for saved documents and general PC housekeeping.
​
Contacts- updating and adding to addresses and contacts.
