Having worked across many sectors, I use this breadth of experience with each individual I work with, each with their individual goals and needs. I am an expert at drawing out your potential, de-stressing the day-to-day and developing coping systems to keep on top of workloads.

I am focussed on creating, organising and actioning your 'To Do List' and generally 'getting things done' for the home and workplace. Working efficiently to clear the admin decks, I work virtually, or with you on Zoom. Bills are paid, emails actioned, insurance policies renewed, etc. At the same time I will explore every opportunity to reduce household costs, find time- saving systems or reprioritise projects. I will be proactive, understanding my clients' needs, to spot areas where time or money can be saved and ideas for growth explored. For example, a new career change, juggling of financial priorities, or reviewing the work life balance.
I combine coaching and consultancy with implementation. Acting as a sounding board, I help make decisions, and mentor my clients to find clarity and achieve their potential. A client may come to me with a specific challenge or may need help highlighting which projects need addressing first. Time is valuable and my key goal in working with an individual is to save time and unlock opportunities for personal growth.
